Dr. Rapacki is an independent intelligence analyst and consultant who receives and disseminates critical intelligence and policy information from and to law enforcement, intelligence operatives, homeland security officials, government and community leaders. Obama Serves 14-State Governors with Warnings of Arrest for Treason

President Barack Obama had served 14-State Governors in the United States, National Security Letters (NSLs) warning that the Governor’s actions in attempting to form “State Defense Forces” needs to be halted “immediately” or they will face arrest for the crime of treason. The employment of NSLs was authorized by the Patriot Act introduced by George W. Bush. Contained within the section related to these letters, it is forbidden for anyone receiving a NSL warning to even acknowledge the existence of said communication.

Obama is angered by the several State Governors who have reestablished “State Defense Forces.” These forces are described as: “State Defense Forces (also known as State Guards, State Military Reserves, State Militias) in the United States are military units that operate under the sole authority of a state government; they are not regulated by the National Guard Bureau nor are they part of the Army National Guard. State Defense Forces are authorized by state and federal law and are under the command of the governor of each state. State Defense Forces are distinct from their state’s National Guard in that they cannot become federal entities.”

Mr. Obama is fearful of these State Defense Forces, in that he does not have control of said forces, and with the U.S. Military stretched to near breaking from multiple deployments and theatre actions in Iraq and Afghanistan, these State military forces would be under the direct command and authority of the Governors in which states have said forces. In essence, the Governors would have “de facto control” of the United States.

The two Governors leading this move are: Tim Pawlenty, Governor of Minnesota; and Rick Perry, Governor of Texas. Both of these State Governors stated they have: “…deep fear the President is destroying their Nation.” Governor Pawlenty’s fear of Obama is that since Obama took office he has appeased America’s enemies and has shunned some of America’s strongest allies, especially Israel. Governor Perry has declared that Obama is punishing his State of Texas by dumping tens-of-thousands of illegal Mexican immigrants into the cities and small towns of Texas. Governor Perry further recently stated: “If Barack Obama’s Washington doesn’t stop being so oppressive, Texans might feel compelled to renounce their American citizenry and secede from the union.”

Obama fearing a revolution against him by the states, has moved swiftly by nationalizing nearly all National Guard Forces in multiple states; Georgia, Alabama, Kansas, Minnesota, Tennessee, Virginia, Louisiana, South Carolina – to name a few. The Governors of the Great States of Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia still have under their Command-and-Control the State Defense Forces to go against invasion should the need arise. Also important to note: There are NO U.S. laws prohibiting National Guard troops from also joining their State’s Defense Forces, and many do. This dilemma occurred during the Civil War with many “citizen soldiers” choosing to serve their states instead of the Federal Government.

This is a fluid and still developing situation that warrants close attention.

Notice that what ‘angers’ Obama, an illegal alien usurper of the Presidency, is some states are starting to realize that a “well regulated Militia is necessary to a FREE state.”

Although Texas is mentioned as having a Home Guard, to my knowledge, it is but 2 Battalions of MP’s and very ill-equipped. I do not know the strength or condition of the Home Guards of the other states mentioned.

It is obvious to anyone, who has studied the constitution, that the Federal government is intent upon destroying the constitutional militia, and has been since 1903, and I suspect long prior to that, when the National Guard was officially formed. The militia is now vilified, ridiculed, demonized and pilloried as white supremacist, racist, anti-government and terrorists. Ladies and gentlemen, look in the mirror and ask yourself how you became all these things because, you ARE the militia.

What happened to;

To provide for calling forth the militia to execute the laws of the union, suppress insurrections and repel invasions;

To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the militia, and for governing such part of them as may be employed in the service of the United States, reserving to the states respectively, the appointment of the officers, and the authority of training the militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress (US Constitution, Article I section 8 clause 14 & 15)?

The Federal government is charged with providing for and provisioning the militia, not destroying it. That is TREASON and it has been ongoing through administration after administration, both Republican and Democratic.

No, it is not treason to restore the militia but it is treason to destroy it!

May I take this opportunity to share some thoughts and insights regarding a recent briefing paper I wrote revealing Mr. Obama’s oppressive move against 14-Governors who took steps to develop State Defense Forces’ and bringing those forces under the Command-and-Control of a Governor invoking his Constitutional right to establish State Sovereignty. My paper was quickly removed from a well known site shortly after appearing, and this has led to all sorts of speculation.

My briefing paper was not “scrubbed” because of some sordid reason. I became aware of an issue in the content of my report, and wholeheartedly endorsed removing the report. The government did not threaten any action. I was not nor was the site coerced into removing the report. I became aware that the sensitivity of the material was of such a nature that unless I could produce actual National Security Letters I referenced, it would be better to remove the report. I could not produce these, and I realized the information could easily be questioned and discarded as another reactionary conspiracy theory gone amuck. This would be a shame. The information and the seriousness of the actions reported on should not be so quickly dismissed no matter how uncomfortable we become. Some of the information was already public (from other sources) prior to my distributing this briefing. I did not want to add any confusion to the subject matter, and I did not want the subject to be easily dismissed by not being able to produce the specific letters of warnings.

I think events would have worked out well, except more attention was paid after the removal of my report. Being that my report was so quickly pulled allowed people’s minds to flirt with the gambit of possibilities, hence, this more personal letter and explanation. There was no nefarious or calculated reason other than what I have shared.

Another reason I wanted to reach out to folks across our Nation is to thank you (and them) for a tremendous influx of emails showing support and kindness – even graciousness by a few who disagreed with my findings. Even in disagreement, I was taken back by the kind points made, the absence of personal attack, the remaining on point to mutually look at troubling information and times. I really sensed the couple of individuals who took offense, or found fault, also hold a deep desire to see our country come away from the bitter and divisive means that have become routine by elected officials who forget they are “representatives” of us – WE THE PEOPLE; whether as President, Senator, Congressman – or as Mayor of our communities.

There was a much larger segment who wrote supportively. Some were worried about me personally even though we had never met. Some were concerned the paper had been “scrubbed” because of content. Some just wanted to write and demonstrate support for those who are attempting to expose the darkness covering much of America today. One of the first things you used to learn in boot camp is the Posse Comitatus Act, which was created 200 years ago to make sure the military was never used against the citizens. But, for all practical purposes, this law has now been completely negated through Executive Orders issued by Presidents Clinton, Bush and Obama(1).

The more of the report I read, the clearer it became that over many years the bureaucrats in Washington, Republican and Democrat alike – were carefully maneuvering for an eventual silent coup… one that would never make headlines but would result in the transfer of power from the American people to a secret group of wealthy bankers who already had everything they wanted… except total power.

Shortly thereafter, I left my job and began making plans to prepare for what I see as a martial law lockdown or perhaps even a complete military takeover. The last one, H.R.645 was part of the plan I had read before and actually calls for Homeland Security to build no fewer than 6 national facilities for holding civilians. Trust me when I tell you that there is a plan in place for the suspension of all Constitutional Rights of Americans. The plan includes “interning” certain segments of the population if such a national emergency arises.

Almost daily you’ll find headlines telling the same story… and these are in establishment publications! The manuscript I had received ‘unofficially’ has now been rewritten to avoid security issues and copyright problems. It’s also been condensed to eliminate the fluff, tightly edited to deliver the more essential material and then finally republished with some very obvious pro-freedom observations.

•Martial Law was declared by General Andrew Jackson during the War of 1812

•President Lincoln declared it again during the War Between the States, arresting anyone who dissented from his war-time policies, including newspaper editors and legislators!

•In 1931, Texas Governor Ross used National Guard troops to enforce limits on the size of private property!

•Much of the Pacific Coast was under martial law after the attack on Pearl Harbor.
Even worse, our country already has a history of the domestic use of the armed forces without a declaration of martial law.

•In 1871, President Grant sent troops into South Carolina to confiscate all private guns.

•In 1914, President Wilson ordered the infantry into Colorado to disarm everyone involved in a labor union dispute, including members of law enforcement and the National Guard.

•In 1993, the US Army provided advice, tactical support and military equipment to the FBI and the BATF to raid the Branch Davidian Compound in Waco, TX, resulting in the deaths of 74 men, women and children
In the first 130 years of our country’s history, federal troops were used more than 100 times without a declaration of martial law! True, the situation has been well prepared on and off for the past century, especially the past twenty years. The initial testing ground was conducted upon our Holy Russia and a bloody test it was. The final collapse has come with the election of Barack Obama. His speed in the past three months has been truly impressive. His spending and money printing has been a record setting, not just in America ’s short history but in the world. If this keeps up for more then another year, and there is no sign that it will not, America at best will resemble the Weimar Republic and at worst Zimbabwe.

These past two weeks have been the most breathtaking of all. That is correct, dear reader, in the land of “pure” free markets, the American president now has the power, the self-given power, to fire CEOs and we can assume other employees of private companies, at will. Come hither, go dither, the centurion commands his minions.

So it should be no surprise, that the American president has followed this up with a “bold” move of declaring that he and another group of unelected, chosen stooges will now redesign the entire automotive industry and will even be the guarantee of automobile policies. I am sure that if given the chance, they would happily try and redesign it for the whole of the world, too. Prime Minister Putin, less then two months ago, warned Obama and UK ’s Blair, not to follow the path to Marxism, it only leads to disaster. Apparently, even though we suffered 70 years of this Western sponsored horror show, we know nothing, as foolish, drunken Russians, so let our “wise” Anglo-Saxon fools find out the folly of their own pride.

Again, the American public has taken this with barely a whimper…but a “free man” whimper.

So, should it be any surprise to discover that the Democratically controlled Congress of America is working on passing a new regulation that would give the American Treasury department the power to set “fair” maximum salaries, evaluate performance, and control how private companies give out pay raises and bonuses? Senator Barney Frank, a social pervert basking in his homosexuality (of course, amongst the modern, enlightened American societal norm, as well as that of the general West, homosexuality is not only not a looked down upon life choice, but is often praised as a virtue) and his Marxist enlightenment, has led this effort. He stresses that this only affects companies that receive government monies, but it is retroactive and taken to a logical extreme, this would include any company or industry that has ever received a tax break or incentive.

The Russian owners of American companies and industries should look thoughtfully at this and the option of closing their facilities down and fleeing the land of the Red as fast as possible. In other words, divest while there is still value left.

The proud American will go down into his slavery without a fight, beating his chest, and proclaiming to the world, how free he really is. The world will only snicker.

Widening concern about the state of climate science after thousands of internal e-mails and computer files were posted on the Internet could jeopardize any agreement at this week’s summit in Copenhagen.

Although a sweeping international deal already appeared unlikely, agreement on even less ambitious measures will be complicated by the growing ClimateGate scandal and questions that have been raised about the reliability of computer models linking global warming to man-made activities. No less an authority than the U.N.’s top climate official, Yvo de Boer, acknowledged on Sunday that the data leak was damaging; domestically, Republicans are pressing the Obama administration to reevaluate its position. (See CBS News’ previous coverage.)

The summit in Denmark that began Monday, properly titled the 2009 United Nations Climate Change Conference, is expected to draw some 100 heads of state, including President Obama. One unanswered question: How willing are wealthier, developed nations to curb their economic output and tax their citizens to pay poorer countries to emit less carbon dioxide?

A November 20 report from a U.N. working group outlines what many nations would like to see in a final treaty. Wealthier nations including the United States will make “mandatory contributions” to a “multilateral climate change fund” paid for by the requirement that “developed country parties shall restructure their taxation regime.” The report warns: “Delay by developed country parties in implementing their commitments to reduce emissions will increase their climate debt to the developing country parties.”

The leaked electronic files have proven problematic because the argument for an international treaty is attached to this chain of reasoning: the earth is warming, the primary cause is man-made carbon dioxide emissions, the effect is harmful and can be remediated by limiting CO2 output, and, finally, it’s worth spending billions or even trillions to do so. If foundational data about temperature measurements is in error, as critics now say is the case – well, we might as well cancel the Copenhagen summit and tell all those inbound private jets to turn around and return home.

To be sure, many – perhaps even most – climate researchers say any flaw in the leaked data assembled by the University of East Anglia’s Climatic Research Unit (CRU) does not mean the theory of man-made global warming is false. Nicholas Stern, chair of the Grantham Research Institute on Climate Change and the Environment at the London School of Economics, calls evidence for that theory “overwhelming,” and Obama administration scientists last week downplayed the scandal, as did a U.N. panel. Tempers are flaring: one of the East Anglia academics resorted to calling a skeptic “an asshole” on a live BBC television interview.

And the scandal seems to be broadening. Internal investigations are underway at the CRU and Penn State (with the state senate warning that the school’s budget may be at risk), one estimate from a free-market group says that 12 of the 26 scientists who wrote the relevant section of a U.N. global warming report are “up to their necks in ClimateGate,” and the BBC and independent analysts are evaluating the CRU’s computer code and finding it lacking.

JCT Confirms Failure to Comply with Democrats’ Mandate Can Lead to 5 Years in Jail

Today, Ranking Member of the House Ways and Means Committee Dave Camp (R-MI) released a letter from the non-partisan Joint Committee on Taxation (JCT) confirming that the failure to comply with the individual mandate to buy health insurance contained in the Pelosi health care bill (H.R. 3962, as amended) could land people in jail. The JCT letter makes clear that Americans who do not maintain “acceptable health insurance coverage” and who choose not to pay the bill’s new individual mandate tax (generally 2.5% of income), are subject to numerous civil and criminal penalties, including criminal fines of up to $250,000 and imprisonment of up to five years.

In response to the JCT letter, Camp said: “This is the ultimate example of the Democrats’ command-and-control style of governing – buy what we tell you or go to jail. It is outrageous and it should be stopped immediately.”
