Today, House Bill 1845, an omnibus legislative package passed the State House and State Senate and is on the way to Governor Ed Rendell (D). This legislation contained a number of pro-gun provisions for Pennsylvania gun owners. Among the provisions was an “Emergency Powers” provision prohibiting any government agency from arbitrarily confiscating firearms during a state of emergency, such as occurred in the wake of Hurricane Katrina.
Other important provisions include:
· Establishing lawful carry of a concealed firearm in state parks
· Funding for the acclaimed “Don’t Lie For The Other Guy” program administered by the National Shooting Sports Foundation
· Emergency permitting system for concealed carry licenses for individuals who are under immediate threat

Here’s how it worked in the past.
1: They waited for an unpopular leader (Batista’s, Kieser)
2: They got a majority in their legislative body (Parliment)
3: The found someone with karizma, and speaking tallent (Castro
Hitler, Stalen)
4: They took over all power in the country legally (Cuba, Germany)
USSR.
5: They stifled free press. (”Purge” ring a bell?)
6: They confiscated cibilians weapons.
NOW FAST FORWARD TO 2008:

1: Substitute BUSH
2: Substitute left wing congress – super majority.
3: Barrack Obama
4: Legislative and executive branch – appointing 4 new SC judges.
5: See “fairness doctrine”. It will eliminate all conservative
talk radio, and possibly jail some of the more prominent ones.
7: Per Obama and Biden, they will eliminate legal carry, all but
single shot weapons, require license to OWN. THEN, A national
emergency will come up (real or manufactured) “requiring”
NATIONWIDE MARTIAL LAW will be declared – suspending the US
constitution, including weapon owership. all weapons be taken
under government controltill it is “over”.
8: Elections will be suspended until the national emergency is
declared over. Of course, it will leave the socialists in
power, and elections will never come back.
